- International clients pay an additional $5,000 surcharge
PLEASE NOTE:
- Monthly Incidental Allowance is intended to cover for Surrogate’s travel expenses (including meals and mileage) under 60 miles round trip, parking, phone, postage, faxing, notary, meals while at appointments, childcare, over-the-counter medications and incidentals.
- ALL above-referenced agency or surrogate fees and expenses are intended to be an estimate only and providers such as the attorney or psychologist could charge higher amounts.
